BharatNet’s Requirement
BSNL, under the BharatNet programme of the Department of
Telecommunications (DoT), required a CPCB IV+ compliant 160
kVA Diesel Generator system to ensure uninterrupted power
supply for its critical Mini Data Centre and network operations
in Dehradun.The project aimed to establish a high-efficiency,
eco-compliant, and remotely monitored power backup system
that supports BSNL’s role in maintaining continuous broadband
and digital services under BharatNet’s national mission.
