Starting with detailed ‘AS IS’ documentation of stations, OCC and BCC, the team conducted mock-ups and technical workshops to align stakeholders on the SIP-based IP-PBX architecture and its seamless integration with FOTS, CCTV, Radio, and PIDS/PAS. Specialized cross-functional teams finalized the ‘TO BE’ network design, standardized cabling and rack layouts, deployed pre-engineered materials, and ensured buffer stocks to keep multi-site work on track despite civil delays. Robust QA/QC processes, real-time issue resolution, and regular alignment with civil, electrical and PMC teams ensured consistent quality, timely clearances and a scalable telephony backbone ready for current operations and future expansion.
