To power this, CSCL, via BEL, sought a high- performance Video Wall solution covering design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, Go-Live, and five-year warranty.

Project Objectives

  • Provide a robust, centralised visualisation system for real- time monitoring of Smart City services.
  • Enable authorities to take informed decisions by integrating diverse data streams on a single large-format video display.

    • Scope of Work

  • Detailed design submission included High-Level and Low-Level Designs, System and Functional Specifications, Architecture layouts, Security configurations, Testing and Training plans, SOPs, KPI documents, Compliance sheets, and a comprehensive delivery plan to ensure smooth, secure, and timely project execution.
  • Supply of Video Wall, controllers, software, and all necessary accessories as per approved design.
  • Installation, commissioning, configuration and integration of all Video Wall components with the ICCC network.
  • Coordination with Barco OEM engineers for design validation and configuration of the entire Video Wall solution.
  • Testing of hardware and software components, generation of Configuration & Testing Reports.
  • Obtaining Completion Certificate from CSCL or Project In-Charge at BEL.
  • Provision of a 5-year OEM-backed warranty certificate from Go-Live date.
  • Comprehensive maintenance and uptime support as per SLA terms and conditions, including immediate replacement of faulty components.
  • Ensuring stock availability for prompt replacement and minimal downtime.
  • Final handover of all project documentation, including hardware/software test reports, warranty certificates, and compliance records.
