BharatNet’s Requirement
Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BharatNet), under the
Department of Telecommunications (DoT), sought to enhance
its middle-mile connectivity infrastructure by deploying high-
availability Mini Data Centers (MDCs) to support real-time
network operations and rural broadband expansion across
Uttarakhand. The project required a modular, energy-efficient,
and scalable data center solution with integrated power,
cooling, safety, and monitoring systems to ensure continuous
operations in line with BharatNet’s long-term digital
infrastructure objectives.

To power this, CSCL, via BEL, sought a high- performance Video Wall solution covering design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, Go-Live, and five-year warranty.
